THE BRIEF

Novus Flow is an independent recruitment consultancy with over 15 years’ industry experience. Specialising in recruiting senior roles in sales, marketing and business development for professional services firms, and helping senior executives find the perfect new role. They also offer coaching services that help busy professionals reassess the direction of their careers and their lives.

The founder James Rosenthal was looking to refresh his existing brand identity, and to roll it out across their touch points which included business cards, social media and to design and build a new website for businesses and clients.

 

The Concept

The logo mark symbolises growth, energy and flow, it has movement and it’s abstract form is that of a wave.
Waves relate to the tide; the ebb and flow of which signifies the journey and change in direction. The direction of a wave also changes as it interacts with objects in its path rather than following a linear path.

The typeface for the logotype was chosen for it’s balance of technical yet modern curved letterforms – infering a modern approachable company which is important as the focus of the business is people.
