During our website VIP Day we’ll create

- legal pages added as per your content

Investment: £950 (per VIP Day).

Here’s how it works
Once you’ve booked your day, you’ll receive access to my client portal which guides you through the process and includes a Brand & Website discovery questionnaire, and guided copywriting framework.

Book Your Day
Secure your date by booking and paying a 50% deposit.
I’ll grant access to my client portal with everything you need to do to prepare and make our day/s together a huge success.
* exact resources may depend on the VIP Day booked

Complete Prepwork
You’ll complete your prep work (I’ll guide you so don’t worry) and we’ll review and discuss everything in time for our Kick off Call about a week before the VIP Design Day.
This will give us time to understand your business and discuss your website & identity goals and run through our plan for the day/s.

Your VIP Day
You’ll have my full attention and expertise for the day to focus soley on your business and our collaboration.
We’ll communicate via WhatsApp, and I’ll need you to be available for questions and feedback – it’s collaborative process and I’ll share screenshots for review and you’ll have access to view the website as it’s being built.

Launch & Support
After your day your balance is due and I’ll send over any files and/or full access to your website along with a handover and resources.
You’ll also receive 1 hour of support for any tweaks/edits and 30 days of email support if you have any questions about the work completed. I can record short ‘how to’ videos to help with your website.

I already have a brand identity but I need a website, can you help?
Yes, absolutely! If you have worked with a brand designer I can design and create your new website using your brand guidelines.
Or if you already have a logo, I can expand your brand identity with a colour palette and typography.
I don't have a brand identity but I need a website, can you help?
Yes, I offer simple typographic logos along with colour palettes, typographic systems, and a brand summary. So you can have visual consistency across all your touchpoints (ie. website, social media, print collateral etc.).
There are occasions where I will refer you on to a trusted brand designer.
Do I need to reserve a domain name?
Yes you do – If you don’t already have a domain name registered I recommend using GoDaddy, then you will be able to give delegate access to your web designer – so they have access to make the necessary changes to your DNS records (required to get your website online).
Alternatively LCN.com they are based in the UK and are very helpful.
I would like a branded email address - can you help with this?
I don’t offer email hosting, as email is a specialist service (there’s alot to consider with support, delivery and spam etc.)
However I recommend using Google Workspace (business starter @£5 per month) for a branded email address ie. hello@yourdomainname.com
It’s a reliable service and its helpful to have a Google account for things like Analytics and Google My Business.
Do you offer website hosting & care plans?
Yes I offer a managed hosting and care plan service to keep your investment safe and secure, among other things it includes uptime monitoring, ssl certificates, premium Divi theme licence, regular backups.
I host your website through Rochen.com and I choose them for the great support, reliable service, UK based servers. This means if you have a hosting issue you can come directly to me and I will liase with them directly on your behalf.
They also provide Carbon Neutral Hosting and have partnered with Green Mountain Energy, the leading provider of cleaner energy and carbon offsetting solutions, to offset 100% of the carbon emissions of our hosting services.
My managed hosting & care plan is from £25 per month for my Core plan you can see details of my care plans here.
Will I be able to update my new website myself?
Yes you will, on completion of your website you will be give full access and a handover document to help you make changes as required be that changing text or images. I will also be on hand if you require any further assistance with this or more complex changes. Each website VIP Design Day comes with 30 days email support, so if you need help with something I can advise or create a quick Loom video to help.

Once you’ve booked you’ll get full access to my client welcome portal where I guide you through my process step by step, enabling you to get the best results for your business.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payments are in 2 parts – a 50% deposit is required to book your VIP Design Day
The remaining 50% balance payment is due within 24 hours of the VIP Design Day intensive.
Final artwork, deliverables or website go live will only happen on the receipt of the final payment.
Do I need professional photography?
It is possible to create a stunning website that converts without professional photography and just a headshot of you (this is key as you’re the brand embassador) and initially this is what many clients choose to do.
That said professional photography can take your brand to the next level with a completely unique look tailored to you and your business. It can showcase your personality and help to attract your ideal clients; though I appreciate that that’s not always possible and sometimes it’s better to wait after you’ve been in business for a while.
As your business grows if you decide to invest in professional brand photography we can replace your stock images.
Can you help me with copywriting, I'm not confident writing the text for my website?
I use a content collection system that guides you step by step guide through writing your website copy with conversion in mind; including headings, subheadings, body copy and more so you never have the dreaded ‘blank page syndrome’, and I also provide a content guide and other resources to help.
If you still don’t think that writing your own copy is for you, I can suggest some copywriters.
