You’re booking my dedicated time, knowledge and expertise. Your preparation and availability for quick feedback and decisions on the day help us make the most of our time together. If this takes us beyond the time booked, you’ll have the option to add a Half VIP Day.

Book Your Day
Secure your VIP Day with a 50% deposit. You’ll then receive access to your client portal with everything you need to prepare.

Complete Pre-work
Work through your guided discovery questionnaire and copywriting framework before our Kick-Off Call, where we’ll review everything together and confirm the plan for your VIP Day.

Your VIP Day
I’ll dedicate the day entirely to your project. We’ll collaborate via WhatsApp (desktop) as I design and build your website.
You’ll need to be available for feedback and decisions, typically from around midday, to review and agree your homepage design before I move on to the remaining pages.

Launch & Support
Once each VIP Day is complete, the remaining 50% balance for that day is due within 24 hours.
We’ll then prepare your website for launch. You’ll also receive your handover resources, 1 hour of post-intensive minor amends and 30 days of email support.

Yes, absolutely! If you have worked with a brand designer I can design and create your new website using your brand guidelines.
Or if you already have a logo, I can expand your brand identity with a colour palette and typography.
I don't have a brand identity but I need a website. Can you help?
Yes. If you don’t already have a visual identity, I can provide a template based simple typographic logo, a choice of carefully selected font pairings and a colour palette to give your website a professional, cohesive look.
If you need a bespoke logo or more comprehensive brand identity, I’ll recommend working with a specialist brand designer before your Website VIP Day.
Do you offer website hosting & care plans?
Yes. My managed Website Care Plans keep your website secure, backed up and running smoothly, with hosting, SSL certificates, uptime monitoring, regular backups, software updates and premium licences included.
Plans start from £25 per month, and if there’s ever a hosting issue, you can come directly to me and I’ll handle it on your behalf.
Will I be able to update my new website myself?
Yes. Once your website is complete, you’ll have full access along with handover resources to help you make simple updates such as changing text and images.
Your Website VIP Day also includes 30 days of email support, so if you get stuck, I can advise or create a quick Loom video to show you what to do.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit secures each VIP Day, with the remaining 50% balance due within 24 hours of that VIP Day. Final artwork, deliverables or website launch will only take place once all outstanding payments have been received.
Do I need professional photography?
No, but it is recommended. We can create a professional, engaging website using carefully selected stock photography, although I recommend having at least 2–3 good-quality photos of you to help make your website feel personal and build trust with potential clients.
Professional brand photography can be a great investment, helping to showcase your personality and give your website a more distinctive, cohesive look. If the timing or budget isn’t right yet, you can always invest in photography later and update your website images when you’re ready.
Can you help me with copywriting, I'm not confident writing the text for my website?
Yes. You’ll be guided step by step through writing your website copy, with prompts and resources to help you structure your headings, key messages and page content, so you’re never starting with a blank page.
During your VIP Day, I may suggest small edits or changes to help your copy work better within the website design.
If you’d prefer your copy to be professionally written for you, I can recommend a trusted copywriter.
How can you create a website in just 1 day?
The key is preparation and a focused, collaborative process. Before your VIP Day, you’ll complete guided pre-work and we’ll have a Kick-Off Call, so I already understand your business, content and creative direction before I begin.
On the day, I work exclusively on your website. I’ll design your homepage first and, once you’re happy with the direction, carry that design through the remaining pages, with you available for quick feedback and decisions as we go.
